Introduction
Abdullah Al-Subaie Trading Company ("the Company", "we") is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. This policy explains what we collect through amsc.sa and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, mobile number, organisation, enquiry type and message. We do not collect other data directly, and we do not use cookies for advertising.
How we use it
We use your data only to answer and follow up on your enquiry, whether it is a general question or a partnership, supply or job enquiry. We do not sell your data or share it with others for marketing.
Service providers
Form messages are sent through Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email. The Contact page shows a Google Maps embed, which may collect data under Google's own policy. The site is hosted by Hostinger.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your enquiry, then delete them unless a law or contract requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, email us at the address below.
